In today's world ,almost every teenager is worried about his future.People sometimes starts thinking negatively which misleads them horribly.So positive thinking is very important for every person ,especially for teenagers.

During a survey on positive thinking, some people were asked, what would they think if they have a phone call from a well known friend at 11 o'clock in night.Believe it or not , almost 78% of people thought there might be some bad news

This implies that most of the people think negatively, but only a few have a positive mindset. 

Everyone can have a positive mindset.All you have to do is just adopt some habits and you definitely have a positive mindset.

HERE ARE SOME TIPS FOR YOU THAT WILL HEP YOU TO DEVELOP A POSITIVE MINDSET.

--Start your day with some positive work.
You can start you day by doing some exercise,yoga,meditation or,you can spend some time with your pets or,you can play your favorite sport,you may give some time to your hobbies.You can do whatever you like the most.


--Convert your failures into lessons.
Do not get demotivated if you performed badly.Just learn from your mistakes and never overthink.

--Go to bed like a legend
You should appreciate your work and write down your about your plans for the next brand new day.Learn from your mistakes and never blame others.

--The last tip that I personally recommend is never compromise with your sleep.Sleep at least 7 hours a day .This will relax your mind and will prevent negative thoughts
